Vulnerable Adults Project Coordinator

Central Recruitment Services Ltd is seeking an experienced Complex Needs Project Worker to join our team in the Camden area.
About the PositionThis is a temporary cover role, requiring a commitment of approximately 2-3 months. You will work 37.5 hours per week on a rota basis, covering early (8AM – 3:30PM) and late (3PM - 10:30PM) shifts.
The salary for this position is £16.24 per hour, inclusive of holiday pay. Please note that this role involves lone working.
You will be responsible for providing flexible housing-related support to clients who have been rough sleeping, working in partnership with other relevant agencies and the clients to assess and meet their needs.
Your duties will include holding a caseload of 10-15 key clients, conducting regular key working sessions, and producing comprehensive risk assessment and risk management plans.
Key Responsibilities- Support clients to identify activities to prepare them for independence;
- Promote activities that support recovery, including social activities, exercise, healthy eating, and participation in mutual aid groups;
- Work in partnership with other relevant agencies and the clients to assess and meet their needs;
Please note that this role requires a fully enhanced DBS registration, current valid right to work in the UK, and minimum 12 months' paid experience in a front line social care role within the last 3 years.
