About the Opportunity
Seize a fulfilling role in our Court and Adoption Service, where you will play a pivotal part in delivering exceptional outcomes for children and young people.
We are seeking an accomplished and compassionate Social Worker to join our dynamic team. As a valued member, you will work collaboratively with Courts to safeguard the safety and wellbeing of vulnerable children, ensuring their needs are met through effective permanency solutions.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake comprehensive assessments and formulate well-informed care plans under statutory frameworks
- Ensure compliance with Court directions while providing high-quality, child-focused evidence
- Prioritise your workload effectively, managing complex cases within defined timescales
- Cultivate strong relationships with children and families, fostering open communication and empathy
About You
To excel in this role, you should be a qualified Social Worker with a degree in Social Work or a recognised equivalent. Your expertise in child protection, combined with excellent interpersonal skills, will enable you to navigate sensitive situations with sensitivity and authority.
