Job Title: Marketing Strategy Associate

We are a London-based stealth startup pioneering one of the most ambitious projects in the AR/VR space. Backed by top-tier venture capital, we're assembling a team of innovators from renowned organizations.

We're seeking an exceptional Sales and Strategy Intern to join our London team for 3-6 months. You'll collaborate closely with our founders, product managers, and engineers on a diverse range of tasks, focusing on driving creator and user acquisition.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Creator Acquisition: Connect with and onboard creators in 3D animation, VFX, and game development, helping them bring their work to life on our platform
  • User Acquisition: Engage with potential and existing users/creator-users, conduct thoughtful user interviews to gather insights, and drive growth
  • Product Development: Gather and prioritize feedback from creators and users, collaborating with our Engineering team to shape and enhance our product
  • Social Media: Contribute to and make an impact in social media efforts if you have a passion for it

Requirements:

  • Recent graduate or currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree from a leading university/college
  • Passionate about VR and media, with a strong interest in the future of immersive content
  • A natural communicator who thrives on meeting new people and building meaningful connections
  • Strategic and creative, with the ability to think big while paying attention to detail
  • Proficient in English (bonus points if you speak Chinese)

The salary for this role is approximately £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and skills.
