Sheraton Grand Hotel & Spa, Edinburgh invites applications for a Holistic Treatment Specialist to join its award-winning One Spa team. As a key member of our team, you will deliver exceptional guest experiences through expertly provided holistic treatments.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary of £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience, alongside a range of benefits including free meals while on duty, 28 days holiday each year (increasing to 33 days pro rata after further service), and global employee hotel room rates.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality, tailored treatments to meet the diverse needs of our guests, incorporating top product ranges including ESPA and Temple Spa. This will involve providing holistic treatments such as massage, facials, hot stone treatments, body treatments, and pre-natal treatments, while maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of treatment areas.

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate excellent understanding of client care and five-star treatment standards, as well as flexibility and adaptability in working hours. Impeccable personal presentation and a genuine interest in holistic spa treatments are essential, alongside a committed, enthusiastic, and customer-focused attitude.

The ideal candidate will also possess excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to work reactively and proactively as part of a dedicated and passionate team.
