About Our Spa Therapist Role

At Sheraton Grand Hotel & Spa, Edinburgh, we are seeking an experienced Spa Therapist to join our award-winning One Spa team. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through our range of holistic treatments.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide expert holistic treatments, including massage, facials, and body therapies, to our discerning guests.
  2. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and recommendations to ensure our guests receive the best possible experience.
  3. Ensure a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for all treatments, adhering to our high standards of health and safety.
  4. Conduct regular demonstrations and events to showcase our spa services and products.
  5. Meet and exceed sales targets for retail products and treatments, providing exceptional guest service at all times.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a luxury five-star spa environment, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent understanding of client care and five-star treatment standards.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to working hours, including weekends and bank holidays.
  • Impeccable personal presentation and a genuine interest in holistic spa treatments.
