We are seeking an experienced Social Care Leader to join our Joint Emergency Team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing leadership and support in emergency cases, conducting urgent assessments, and developing immediate care plans.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead the team in managing emergency cases
- Conduct urgent assessments and develop immediate care plans
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals, emergency services, and other stakeholders
**Requirements:
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK licence
- Proven experience in emergency social work setting
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
