As part of our cancer services team, we are seeking an experienced registered nurse to take on the role of Breast Clinical Nurse Specialist Team Lead. The successful candidate will oversee the operational running, service development, and management of the team, ensuring high-quality care across both our hospital sites.

We offer a competitive salary of £55,595 - £63,414 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as generous annual leave, pension scheme, and opportunities for career development.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Breast Clinical Nurse Specialist team to deliver high-quality patient care and services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care pathways.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

  • Registered nurse with a background in breast cancer care.
  • Proven experience in leadership or management roles.
