US Government and International Contracts Manager

As a key member of the Curtiss-Wright Corporation team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of government contracts and trade compliance initiatives. Your responsibilities will include contract review and administration, licensing and trade compliance, and multi-dimensional reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract Review: Review all contracts at proposal stage and all contract changes to ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and internal requirements.
  • Contract Administration: Ensure all contract changes are reviewed and approved, and are flowed throughout the organization for proper implementation.
  • Licensing and Trade Compliance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including but not limited to FAR and other appropriate US foreign country regulations, internal standards.
  • Reporting: Generate a contract compliance matrix, highlighting legal and contract risks, and flow compliance risks and non-conformances to appropriate management personnel for rectification or acceptance.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in government contracting and trade compliance.
  • Bachelor's degree required in a business discipline, with a JD a plus.
  • Strong working knowledge of US regulatory requirements inclusive of FAR / DFAR, ITAR, TINA, EAR.
  • Experience with domestic and international government contracts for highly engineered defense articles.
