The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic Field Sales team. As a Regional Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional sales performance across our Key Accounts, Key Accounts Wholesale, and Independent Retailers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to ensure our products and services meet their evolving requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet changing business needs.
  • Valid Full UK driving licence and ability to travel frequently to customer sites.

What We Offer

  • Annual salary of £33,000 (£40,000 OTE).
