About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Executive to join our Field Sales team at Imperial Brands PLC. As a Regional Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering sales growth and driving business results in the North East area.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including retail Key Accounts, Independent Retailers, and Wholesale outlets.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
- Provide market insights and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
- Valid Full UK driving licence and ability to travel to customer sites in the North East area.
What We Offer
- Annual salary of £33,000 (£40,000 OTE).
