About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized F&B Assistant to join our team at Hotel Indigo Bath. As a key member of our Breakfast team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring that every breakfast experience is memorable and enjoyable.

As a F&B Assistant, you will be working in a fast-paced environment, preparing and serving breakfast to our guests. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas, and for ensuring that all food and beverages are prepared and presented to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve breakfast to guests, ensuring that every experience is exceptional
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas
  • Prepare and present food and beverages to the highest standards
  • Work effectively as part of a team to deliver exceptional service to our guests
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest queries and resolving any issues promptly
Requirements

We are looking for an organized and motivated individual with previous experience in a customer-facing role. You will have solid experience in a fast-paced service environment and be able to work under pressure, whilst maintaining a positive attitude. You will be a confident mentor who leads by example, delivering exceptional service and creating memories that guests will not forget.

You must be a self-motivated team player who is reliable with total flexibility to work early mornings during weekdays and weekends. All applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
