Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team. As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and drinks, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Prepare and serve food and drinks to a high standard, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines and hotel standards.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
