About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Food & Beverage Assistant to join our team at Hillier Garden Centre in Bath. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for supporting the Restaurant Manager and supervising the team to ensure smooth daily operations and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in maintaining the quality of food and beverages
  • Supervise the restaurant team to ensure efficient service and high standards
  • Assist with menu planning, inventory management, and stock control
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
