We are seeking an experienced Employment Programme Manager to lead our work in supporting unpaid carers in employment and employability. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of unpaid carers and contribute to the success of Carers UK.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and leading the Carer Positive scheme and Employers for Carers Scotland. You will work closely with our partners and stakeholders to deliver our objectives and ensure the effective implementation of our programmes.

The estimated salary for this role is £42,000 - £47,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will be based in Glasgow with regular travel across Scotland.

The job involves:

  • Managing and leading the Carer Positive scheme and Employers for Carers Scotland
