Transformative Opportunity in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery

This is a career-defining role for an ambitious Consultant in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, with a specialist interest in head and neck oncology and reconstructive surgery, to join Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our OMFS team, you will be at the forefront of the transformation of North Manchester General Hospital, a state-of-the-art health campus that will revolutionize patient care and experience.

As a Clinical Leader, you will provide outstanding clinical leadership across NMGH and outreach sites, delivering highly personalized care and developing your skills in clinical research to advance the field of oral maxillofacial surgery. You will work closely with Head and Neck Surgeons across our North and South Manchester sites to shape the future of our service.

With a strong background in postgraduate training in Oral and Maxillofacial surgery, you will have obtained the Intercollegiate Exit FRC (OMFS) to provide surgical interventions for various oral and maxillofacial procedures. You will be a resilient and ambitious individual with a drive to operate at pace and shape the future of our service.

You will be forward-thinking and innovative, staying up-to-date with the latest developments in oral maxillofacial surgery, techniques, and treatment modalities. You will teach, mentor, and supervise residents, fellows, and medical students to develop the next generation of OMFS specialists.
