About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Consultant in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery to join Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our services.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical leadership and expertise in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, including head and neck oncology.
  • Develop and implement clinical research projects to advance the field of OMFS.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Contribute to the development of our services, including the creation of new treatment protocols and guidelines.

Requirements

  • Full registration with the GMC and a valid License to Practise.
  • MBChB or equivalent qualification.
  • Intercollegiate Exit FRCS (OMFS) or equivalent training and experience.
  • Entry onto the Specialist Register or a Specialist Registrar within 6 months of the award of their CCT in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
