Job Description

Job Title: Machine Learning Engineer - AI Solutions Developer

Location: Remote (with 2 days in office/week)

Salary: £55,000 - £85,000 (depending on seniority)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join our life sciences team, working with researchers to develop AI solutions that make a real-world impact in DNA sequencing, immunology, and oncology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize the latest algorithms and scale machine learning models across hardware platforms.
  • Optimize performance of machine learning systems and productionize models efficiently.
  • Develop and implement AI solutions using machine learning frameworks and distributed training.
  • Collaborate with researchers to integrate AI solutions into life sciences projects.

Requirements:

  • Strong application of low-level code (C/C++ or others).
  • Excellent Python coding skills.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks and distributed training.
  • Understanding of GPU/TPU and its relation to machine learning.
