About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Home Manager to lead our care home in Wallsend. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the care home, ensuring a high standard of care and service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage the care home's daily operations, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and internal policies.
  2. Lead and develop the care team, promoting a positive and effective working environment.
  3. Oversee the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring they meet individual resident needs.
  4. Manage budgets and resources effectively to achieve financial and operational targets.
  5. Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in a managerial role within a care home or similar setting.
  2. Active NMC pin.
  3. In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and care standards.
  4. Commitment to delivering outstanding care and fostering a positive, resident-focused environment.
  5. Relevant qualifications in health and social care, such as Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care.
