Job Title: Paralegal (Property and Housing)

We are seeking two experienced Paralegals to join our in-house Local Authority Legal Team. The successful candidates will provide legal assistance in aspects of work relating to property transactions and/or local authority housing matters.

The ideal candidates will have experience as a legal assistant or paralegal and be able to demonstrate their ability to handle a variety of work with minimum supervision, working to required timescales. They will possess technical ability, confidence, professionalism, and effective communication skills to deliver on time to all stakeholders, including senior officers and elected members.

As a proactive team player, the successful candidates will be flexible in approach and willing to get involved in all areas of the Service's work, playing a prominent role in helping the Service to develop and improve.

We are looking for highly organized, self-motivated individuals with a commitment to excellent customer service. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality work and contributing to the success of our team, we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing legal assistance in property transactions and local authority housing matters
