We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our Property Team in Oxfordshire. As a Carpenter, you will carry out all forms of carpentry repairs in our properties, including 1st fix and 2nd fix carpentry, installing windows, doors, and UPVC servicing. You will also be responsible for locksmithing, fencing, and kitchen fitting. To be successful in this role, you will have experience in a similar position, ideally within the Residential/Housing sector, and be qualified to a minimum of NVQ level 2 or have a minimum of 5 years proven track record working in carpentry. You will also have a strong health and safety mindset and enjoy working as part of a team. This is a full-time role, working 40 hours per week, with the opportunity to supplement your salary through call-out and overtime at competitive rates. You must hold a full and current driving licence with a minimum of 1 year's experience and have the ability to drive and take home a company van. This role is subject to a satisfactory licence check, essential qualifications check, and a basic DBS disclosure. You will benefit from a business use van and fuel card, a yearly tool allowance, and a generous company pension scheme, matched up to 12%. You will also have access to a flexible benefits package, including a yearly flexible benefit pot, uniform and PPE, and a chance to buy or sell holiday as part of our flexible benefits package.
