FOH Team Member - Sheffield, South Yorkshire

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic FOH Team Member to join our team at German Doner Kebab in Sheffield, South Yorkshire.

As a FOH Team Member, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently, using our POS system.
  • Deliver orders to the kitchen and assist in preparing and packing food and beverages.
  • Ensure that all orders are fully complete and ready to be received by the guest.
  • Work to Brand standards and deliver exceptional guest service.

Requirements:

  • Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively to guests and other team members.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and smart appearance.
  • Displays a positive and enthusiastic approach to all tasks.
  • Exhibits a cheerful and helpful attitude, and always provides excellent guest care.
  • Adapts to changing business volume levels with a sense of urgency.
  • Can demonstrate a complete understanding of the menu and Allergens.
  • Ability to fill in daily paperwork in line with GDK standards.
  • Maintain the ability to be cross-trained in all areas of the kitchen and front counter.
