About the Role

As a BOH Team Member/Kitchen Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting our kitchen team to deliver exceptional food quality and outstanding guest care. Your role will be crucial in helping us achieve our brand standards and ensuring every guest leaves the restaurant with a great experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the kitchen team to prepare and cook food to our high standards.
  • Ensure accurate portion control and quality of food.
  • Monitor food levels and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Work safely and follow food safety standards at all times.
  • Participate in daily cleaning and maintenance tasks to maintain a clean and professional appearance.
  • Assist with pot wash and adhere to our cleaning and storage standards.
  • Fulfill daily paperwork and administrative tasks as required.
