About the Role

As a Restaurant Team Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional food quality, outstanding guest care, and amazing service to our customers. You will work closely with our team to achieve our brand standards, ensuring every guest leaves the restaurant having had a great experience and wanting to return.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guests feel valued and satisfied.
  • Prepare and cook food to our high standards, maintaining quality and attention to detail.

  • Communicate effectively with colleagues to complete duties and responsibilities.
  • Support the development of other team members through training, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to Food Safety Standards.
