We are currently seeking an experienced Band 6 Community Rehab Physiotherapist to join our team in Bristol on a full-time basis for an ongoing contract. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and work closely with a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care as part of a community rehab team
- Work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals
Requirements:
- HCPC registration as a physiotherapist
- Recent experience in community and rehab settings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
