The Role
This position combines customer service and inventory management, requiring strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer relationships and resolve commercial and operational enquiries.
- Onboard new customers and manage their stock and delivery within the site.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through regular reviews and reporting.
- Communicate customer feedback to stakeholders within the business.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance business and customer benefits.
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven customer/account management experience in Logistics/Supply Chain.
- Drinks industry experience is advantageous.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
