Teaching Assistant for Special Educational Needs

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at Dunbar Education. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside a dedicated team of professionals to provide exceptional support to students with Special Educational Needs in Hemel Hempstead.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering high-quality support to students with SEN, adapting your approach to meet individual learning needs.
- Collaborating with classroom teachers to implement evidence-based education plans and strategies that cater to each student's unique requirements.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of bespoke learning goals and interventions in partnership with SENCOs and school staff.
- Supporting the implementation of sensory integration techniques and other therapeutic interventions as needed.
- A competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, commensurate with your experience.
