About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Teaching Assistant to join our team at a SEN Primary and Secondary School in Hemel Hempstead. As a key member of our team, you will provide individualised support and guidance to students, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting students with special needs in a Primary and Secondary School setting.
  • Working closely with class Teachers and Senior LSA's to develop and implement tailored learning plans.
  • Providing high-quality teaching assistance, including 1:1 support and small group instruction.
  • Monitoring and recording student progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness.

Required qualifications include a minimum of GCSE qualifications in English and Maths, and prior experience working in a similar role within an educational setting is highly desirable. We offer a competitive salary of £85-£95 per day, depending on experience, and a comprehensive training programme to support your professional development.
