Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at Matthews International. As a key member of our Project Management team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Management team with day-to-day tasks and ensure timely delivery of projects
- Support the Project Manager with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management
- Develop a clear understanding of internal and external procedures, including critical paths and deadlines
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and internal stakeholders
- Manage post and courier requirements, as well as administrative duties such as uploading files, photocopying, and binding presentations
- Ensure accurate and efficient information is conveyed to relevant departments through briefs and status reports
- Prioritize work effectively and manage time to meet deadlines
- Maintain a professional and corporate awareness when interacting with colleagues and clients
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks. You will also have a strong attention to detail and be able to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
