Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at Matthews International. As a key member of our Project Management team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Management team with day-to-day tasks and ensure timely delivery of projects
- Support the Project Manager with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management
- Develop a clear understanding of internal and external procedures, including critical paths and deadlines
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and internal stakeholders
- Manage post and courier requirements, as well as administrative duties such as uploading files, photocopying, and binding presentations
- Ensure accurate and efficient information is conveyed to relevant departments through briefs and other communication channels
- Prioritize work effectively and manage time to meet deadlines
- Maintain a professional and corporate awareness when interacting with colleagues and clients
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent administration and communication skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. You will also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
