We are seeking a skilled Fragrance Specialist to join our team at Tom Ford's Travel Retail location at Gatwick Airport. As a Fragrance Specialist, you will be responsible for selling the Tom Ford Beauty brand and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales and Customer Service

• Achieve sales targets through effective communication and product knowledge

• Provide personalized customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

Personal Grooming and Appearance

• Maintain a high standard of personal grooming and adhere to Tom Ford Beauty's uniform and grooming guidelines

Teamwork and Administration

• Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and maintain a clean and organized store environment

• Complete administration tasks accurately and on time, including sales reporting and other duties as required

Requirements:

  • Previous retail industry experience, preferably in beauty
  • Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is desirable
  • Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
