Travel Retail - Fragrance Specialist

Key Responsibilities and Standards

  1. Drive Sales Growth

• Achieve sales targets through effective customer engagement and product knowledge.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention.

• Stay up-to-date with new product launches and promotions to maximize sales opportunities.

  1. Deliver Exceptional Customer Service

• Provide prompt, polite, and efficient service to all customers.

• Adhere to the Tom Ford Beauty service standards at all times.

• Demonstrate product expertise and communicate effectively with customers.

  1. Maintain a Professional Image

• Maintain a high standard of personal grooming as required by Tom Ford Beauty.

• Wear the Tom Ford Beauty uniform and maintain it in a clean and professional condition.

• Adhere to Tom Ford Beauty's grooming guidelines.

  1. Work Effectively as Part of a Team

• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

• Communicate effectively with the Account Coordinator and colleagues.

• Maintain high standards of time-keeping to ensure team efficiency.

  1. Ensure a Clean and Organized Work Environment

• Clean counters, tester stands, and displays regularly to maintain the Tom Ford Beauty brand image.

• Merchandise the counter according to brand guidelines.

• Adhere to brand hygiene standards and utilize selling/demonstration tools correctly.

  1. Complete Administration Tasks

• Complete all administration accurately, legibly, and on time.

• Report personal retail sales and other specific administration as required by the AC.

• Carry out any other duties as may be required to support the Counter/Business Manager, the Account Coordinator, and/or the Company.

Qualifications

• Previous retail industry/guest services experience is desirable (preferably within beauty).

• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.

• Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment.

• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is desirable.

• Ability to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview.
