About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Wellesley Hospital in Wellington, Somerset. As a Bank Support Worker, you will have the flexibility to choose which shifts you want to work each week, providing care and support to individuals with mental health conditions.

  • Support individuals with mental health conditions to lead a valued and fulfilled life

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Healthcare Assistant or Support Worker
  • Positive attitude, compassion, resilience, and vigilance

What to Expect:

As a Bank Support Worker, you will have the flexibility to choose which shifts you want to work each week. You will be working in a 24/7 environment, with 12.5 hour standard shifts. You will have access to a range of benefits, including free meals and parking, and will be required to complete a two-week paid induction.
