Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive salary range of £50,627 - £60,160, complemented by an Inner London allowance of £3,595 and up to 3 SPA points. This attractive compensation package reflects our commitment to attracting and retaining exceptional talent.

About the Role:

This permanent, full-time position (35 hours) within the Educational Psychology & Wellbeing Service offers an opportunity to join a dynamic team of Educational Psychologists, Assistant Psychologists, and support staff. Our service operates within the Inclusion, Learning, and Achievement division of Children's Services, based at The Woolwich Centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support schools, early years settings, post-16 institutions, and alternative providers through a consultation model of service delivery.
  • Collaborate with colleagues from CAMHS, Health, and Social Care to promote effective partnerships and wellbeing strategies.
  • Participate in 'task and finish' groups to develop projects and training initiatives across various areas.
  • Contribute to anti-racism policy and practice development, webinars, critical incident support materials, and person-centred approaches resources.
