Job Description

Sharpsmart UK has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Commercial Growth Specialist to join our Commercial team. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth through strategic relationships with NHS and private healthcare stakeholders.

  • Estimated salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • To develop purposeful relationships with relevant clinical and procurement stakeholders to drive sales growth.
  • To work closely with internal teams to deliver strategic objectives and manage territory.
  • To provide expert product knowledge and selling skills to maximise sales revenue.
  • To create and execute targeted sales strategies to deliver revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable success in healthcare waste sales (minimum 3+ years).
  • Proven experience working with NHS and/or private healthcare stakeholder groups in a sales/development capacity.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
