About the Role

As a Field Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Carrying out supervisions and appraisals to ensure the quality of care delivery
  • Conducting regular spot checks to monitor care standards
  • Liaising with family members and outside agencies to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Identifying training needs and updating care plans to ensure the care team is equipped to deliver exceptional care
  • Providing on-call support for care delivery when needed
