Starbucks Shift Supervisor Job Description

Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to lead and motivate our team at our welcoming Starbucks Store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the store when the Manager is not present, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and engage the team, promoting sales and increasing profitability.
  • Get involved in making beverages, store cleanliness, and serving customers.
  • Work late nights and closing shifts, requiring flexibility and a strong work ethic.

Requirements:

  • Supervisory experience is a plus, but not necessary.
  • Experience in hospitality or retail is desirable.
