Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Supervisor to join our EG Group team at our Starbucks store in Alwalton. As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading and motivating a team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the store in the absence of the Manager, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and engage the team to promote sales, increase profitability, and maintain a clean and welcoming store environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, sales, and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Management team to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Previous supervisory experience in a retail or hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • 18 years or older.
