Food and Beverage Supervisor

Delta Hotels Peterborough is seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of food and beverage staff to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for guests.
  • Assist the Food and Beverage Manager in training and coaching staff to meet the highest standards of service and quality.
  • Conduct opening and closing duties, including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning equipment and areas, and locking doors.
  • Complete scheduled inventories and stock requisitions to ensure adequate supplies.
  • Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and guest well-being.

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge or experience of the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent verbal manner and proven customer service skills.
  • Good organisation skills with attention to detail.
  • A team player with a flexible and positive attitude.
  • Hardworking and consistent.
