The Graduate Network is seeking an exceptional Educational Support Assistant to join our primary school in Central Birmingham. This role offers a competitive salary of £85 per day, making it an attractive opportunity for those passionate about education.

">Job Description:
  • Supporting Classroom Activities: Collaborate with teachers to design and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the diverse needs of students.
  • Individualised Support: Provide one-to-one or small group support to students who require additional help in specific subjects or areas.
  • Behavioural Management: Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment, promoting good behaviour and reinforcing school values.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lesson Planning: Assist teachers in planning and preparing high-quality lessons.
  2. Resource Preparation: Help create and prepare teaching materials and resources.
  3. Student Progress: Track student progress and report back to teachers, identifying areas for improvement.
  4. Supervision: Supervise students during break times, ensuring a safe and supportive atmosphere.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • A minimum of a 2:2 bachelor's degree
  • Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is desirable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
