Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Internal Sales Administrator to join our team at Get-Recruited (UK) Ltd. As an Internal Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and new business for our clients.
The Role:
- Develop a deep understanding of each client's structure, potential contacts, and decision-makers, and maintain regular communication with them.
- Identify opportunities for additional sales and manage a fast-paced sales pipeline of regular spending clients.
- Process daily orders for existing and new clients, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Handle client queries and collaborate with colleagues to provide prompt responses.
- Stay up-to-date with new product launches, specifications, and information, and maintain and update the company database.
- Provide administrative support to the customer service department as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, Sales Administration, Internal Sales Executive, or a similar role.
- Outgoing, positive, and driven individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to different client approaches.
- Highly motivated individual with a strong desire to join a market leader and contribute to the company's growth.
- Experience working in a B2B environment and a good telephone manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent typing skills.
