Are you an enthusiastic Retail National Account Executive looking for an exciting opportunity working with our award-winning Forecourt Retail Partners?
We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Wholesale Travel Team, where we take the word "Partner" seriously. We are seeking a determined, self-starter with a real passion for customer service, to collaborate, support and listen as we continue to add value to their businesses as well as our own.
Performing a very varied role, your time will be spent either with our Partners, agreeing and monitoring progress to joint plans, whilst engaging at store level to ensure those plans are implemented, or engaging internally, accessing the broader AFBlakemore business ability, knowledge and expertise to best deliver initiatives focussed on driving product mix, footfall, basket size, profit, and customer service.

**Key Tasks/Responsibilities**
- Building the Joint Business Plan in conjunction with the National Account Manager and Retail Partners.
- Own an Integrated Contact strategy to build relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally, to deliver the highest level of customer service and add value to both our and our Partner's businesses.
- Support locally the implementation of initiatives to improve product mix, customer foot-fall and basket size while improving loyalty and client satisfaction.
- Monitor sales and service, Investigating and resolving queries and issues raised.
- Support the resolution of commissioned operator bad debt management working in conjunction with the Credit Control function.
- Involvement in cross functional projects as required.
- Taking a proactive approach to personal development, account management and administration.
**Requirements**:
- Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
- High levels of numeracy and literacy essential.
- Degree or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in a FMCG Retail customer-facing role preferred.
- Strong evidence of the ability to build effective relationships.
- Ability to build and deliver a customer plan that grows profitable retail and wholesale sales.
- Strong IT skills; CRM system, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office.
**Key Job Info**:
- Home based but requirement would be ½ time at AFB office collaborating internally or in front of customer driving business.
- Will be required to travel to sites other than normal place of work for business purposes
- Will be required to stay away from home overnight or attend evening events on behalf of the business
- Will have access to company car as part of role and must ensure this is looked after in accordance with company policy
