Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's vision and values.
- Manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure exceptional results.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities, build pipelines, and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate closely with technical colleagues to leverage their expertise and close deals.

What We Offer- A competitive salary of £85-95k per annum (full-time equivalent) plus commission and profit share scheme, bringing total on-target earnings to £170-190k.
- A 9% non-contributory pension.
- 25 days (full-time equivalent) of annual leave, increasing with length of service, plus flexible bank holidays.
- A buy/sell holiday scheme with the option to buy up to 10 extra days of holiday each year.
