Client Success Liaison

Torchbox designs and builds digital products and services for international NGOs, governments, and universities. We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Client Support Coordinator.
As a Client Support Coordinator, you will work closely with team members and clients to ensure seamless service delivery. Your responsibilities include:
- Serving as the first point of contact for clients, providing front-line technical and operational support, logging, prioritizing, and coordinating responses to incidents to ensure timely resolution and exceptional service.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving first-line issues, escalating more complex cases to second-line support or specialist teams while keeping clients informed throughout the process.
- Familiarity with incident management and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira or similar) to log and track support requests efficiently.
The estimated salary for this role is £32,000-£45,000 per annum.
