Job Title: Mental Health Social Worker - Adults

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Social Worker to join our team in Essex. As a key member of our Approved Mental Health Service, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality social work services to adults with mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide assessment, planning, and intervention services to adults with mental health needs
Work closely with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
Develop and maintain effective relationships with service users, families, and carers
Manage complex caseloads and prioritize responses to meet service needs
Provide expert advice and guidance to colleagues and other stakeholders

Requirements:
Significant experience of social work in mental health settings
Strong assessment and intervention skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
