Care and Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Care and Support Specialist to join our team in Prudhoe. This is an exciting opportunity to provide support to a young woman with Moderate learning difficulties, Autism, A.D.H.D., and Hypotonia.
The successful candidate will be part of a staff team of 8 people, working 2:1 shifts, including nights. Our client values a positive, outgoing personality with a good sense of humour. They enjoy walking, swimming, and trampolining, but can become overstimulated by shopping, so this activity is limited to once or twice a week.
In this role, you will provide high-quality personal care and assist with domestic duties as needed. You will also support our client in enabling independence and pursuing hobbies and interests. The rate of pay is £13.09 per hour for daytime hours/waking nights and £11.44 per hour for sleep ins.
