We are seeking experienced and empathetic individuals to join our team as Home Support Professionals. As a Home Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing personalized care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.
Your duties will include:
- Building meaningful relationships with our clients through regular social interaction and engaging activities
- Providing assistance with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation, light housework, and personal care
- Accompanying clients to appointments or shopping
- Supporting independence and promoting dignity in all aspects of care
