We are seeking an experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Akari Care, a company that provides high-quality care services to residents in its homes. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to the residents in a supportive and inclusive community environment.
About the RoleThe Senior Care Assistant will work alongside the care assistants to create an environment where the atmosphere feels like the residents' personal home, catering to their individual needs. Key responsibilities include observing, reviewing, and finalizing care planning needs, assisting with social activities, and supporting the training and supervision of junior and new colleagues.
Requirements- Good communication and relationship-building skills.
- Flexible and adaptable to changes at short notice.
- A competitive salary starting at £12.55 per hour up to £13.30 per hour (Depending on Qualification).
- Employer Pension contribution of 3%.
