This Senior Beauty Advisor role requires a passion for makeup, skincare, and the No7 brand. As a leader, you will inspire and motivate your team to achieve sales targets through coaching and sharing constructive feedback.

You will be responsible for providing personalized consultations using our latest products and creating business plans to drive in-store promotions and No7 offers.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a vibrant and supportive working environment, nurturing relationships with colleagues, and celebrating their success.

What We Offer

We provide a competitive salary of approximately £40,000 per year, reflecting the importance of this role in driving our sales growth.
