You will lead and coordinate a team of care workers to provide top-notch care to our residents, upholding their dignity at all times.

About the Role:
  • Understand and meet the needs of clients requiring normal healthcare.
  • Assist clients with daily care tasks they would normally perform themselves if able.
  • Implement systems that promote resident participation in care planning and review.
Responsibilities:
  • Be responsible for care planning, medication management, and delivery for designated service users.
  • Provide moving and handling support, as well as assistance with daily hygiene and dressing needs.
  • Attend in-service training sessions for staff development and mandatory requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • NVQ 3 / MA L3 in Health and Social Care or working towards it.
  • Previous experience as a senior in a Residential Care or Nursing Home setting.
  • A genuine passion for caring for the elderly.
