Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Care Assistant to join our team at St Philips Care Group. As a key member of our residential care team, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating a team of care workers to deliver exceptional care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of care workers
  • Co-ordinate care delivery to ensure the highest standards
  • Ensure resident dignity and independence are maintained
Requirements
  • NVQ 3/MA L3 in Health and Social Care or working towards it
  • Previous experience in a senior role in Residential Care or Nursing Home
  • Ability to create a positive and respectful care environment
